My political spidey sense is tingling over this issue of giving terrorists Miranda rights.  If the GOP doesn’t use this to attack Obama’s detainee policy, it truly is a mess.
I can see it now:  “Obama Supports the Right of Terrorists to Clam Up When Captured”
Giving terrorists the right to remain silent.  Bet that plays really well out in the sticks.
